Welcome to MotoGate. By accessing or using our event access control platform, application, or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use MotoGate.

1. Use of the Service

MotoGate provides tools to manage event operations, guest access, QR validation, and memberships. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of MotoGate, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the MotoGate platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of MotoGate and its licensors, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content, such as event details and guest lists, that you submit to MotoGate. By submitting content, you grant MotoGate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems or networks.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from MotoGate.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MotoGate, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
